Wisconsin Schoolyard Microbiome Project – 2023 Results

This presentation compiles findings from the data that was collected across the 18 participating schools in the summer/fall of 2023, our second year of the program. We focused this analysis on how microbial communities differed across schools and mycorrhizal type, and presented that data through ordination and bar plots, as well as bar graphs of the functional groups of microbes within the school’s soils.
